You will need to download the SupportCentral App from either the Google play store or the Apple AppStore, and have a user in SupportCentral.
How to Add Assets with a tag
- Login to the SupportCentral Mobile App.
- click the QR code button in the bottom right of the App
- Scan the asset tag of the Asset you want to add.
- The application will throw an Error, and ask you if you would like to add the Asset, click yes.
- Fill out the information you would like to enter.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Add Asset without a tag
- On the Asset list page, click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the app.
- Click new CI.
- Fill out the information you want to save.
- Click Save.
