Enabling Feature Rich Enterprise Capabilities For All Our Customers:
With more remote working requirements you may need to add additional features and functionality to your service desk that you had not originally budgeted. To help our customers address these needs, for the next 90 days starting April 1st, 2020 we are enabling all customers with Essential or Professional feature packages free access to Enterprise features. This includes access to top of the line features such as Problem Management, Change Management, unlimited access to building Service Catalogs and much more. TeamViewer Integration for Remote Support Free:
Our solution has a deep integration with TeamViewer and this will be of immense benefit to you to handle your tasks remotely. With this in mind, and to help you support your users remotely we are offering TeamViewer Integration free for 90 days starting April 1st, 2020. Free Customer eLearning Sessions:
In these challenging times, it can be helpful to connect to others and learn from each other .To facilitate this, starting Wednesday April 8th our support engineers will be holding ongoing eLearning sessions to help our customers with any questions or additional info they need with respect to using any of our solutions. These will be informal Q & A sessions where everyone can learn and benefit. All customers can attend and you can register by clicking on the button or following the link below.
