Sometimes you may run into problems where you cannot open Support Central 3.99 manager to open.

Do a %appdata% in file explorer on the laptop in question:
Then delete under the roaming profile the DSC20 folder
Then go to the the Local profile and delete the Business_Oriented_Softwar
