Provide the ability to send email to a Group (kinda like you have the option of sending email to a Team) via the routing. This would be useful, for example;
After creating a email template which contains a link to a Form. When a help desk ticket comes which requires a form to be filled out, we can use the routing feature to send them the Support Central form automatically without a technician being involved.
Current, one would have to select the "EMail To" option and type in the email address. This becomes problematic when having to perform maintenance (user leave and new users come on board) and having to modify each route in the table. If we can do it via groups, then we need only change the users in the groups and not in each routing table.
