Adding technician assignment to Service Request creation

Greetings and good morning,

Is there a way to allow users the ability to directly assign a Service Request to someone, instead of a group? The reason I ask is because I’m trying to create a financial service request where it will need to go up through a ladder of approvals…to a user’s supervisor, then approved, then up to the next manager and so forth. But I don’t see a way to do this without adding the service request to a group of supervisors which would include supervisors from other departments, as well as those supervisors being notified of a finance request from someone whom they don’t supervise. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

version 201 will address this with approvals and routing and assignment. this should be out later this week.

No there is a 202 and I will be posting all updates to the 202 version in a day or two. We can’t release until the mobile app is updated with all of the additions.
