Attachment stops working after edit of ticket description

Here is what I have seen. A ticket is created from an email. The email contained an .xlsx attachment. The attachment is openable from the ticket. This is all expected.

After editing the ticket details (with the pencil edit button) and saving, the attachment throws Error!
AN INTERNAL ERROR OCCURRED DURING YOUR REQUEST and a frowny face.

That bug is addressed in version 315 or 316 but we will be pushing out version 317 to the updates for upgrades in the next day or two. Please upgrade the system and the site agent or site agents at this time.
