Adding Widgets to your Dashboard

Types of widgets

  • Numeric - a single number based on a specific statistic in the database, EX: number of open tickets.
  • Table - list of related numeric statistics.
  • Chart - pie chart based of a related group of numeric statistics.

Adding Widgets

  1. Navigate to the dashboard.
  2. click the plus button in the top right corner.
  3. find the widget you are looking for in the list.
  4. click add widget.
  5. Repeat until you have all the widgets you want.
  6. you can now drag and drop the widgets anywhere on the dashboard to organize them how you like.

How do we add a widget into the list? the list right now is very limited. Nothing about Helpdesk Tickets. Easy way to add a helpdesk ticket count to the Widget list?

Once you are upgraded to the latest you will have over 40 Widgets.
