Edit verbiage on response to ticket creation

Good morning all,

I’m having trouble finding where the verbiage is located for the auto-response email to ticket creation. Is this verbiage able to be changed? Currently, the verbiage is:

Hello - -,
We are in receipt of your request and this is to confirm that a ticket #PR-1067 has been created.
A customer care representative will review the information provided and get back to you.
To respond, just reply to this e-mail.

Just curious if this can be changed.

Yes go to notifications in settings and edit the template in there .
