End Users are not able to enter tickets

Even through the end user is able to log into the Support Central Boss web page, they have to options to enter tickets.

This is a critical issue. Somebody needs to contact us and resolve this issue otherwise this system is of little use.

I am available (with prior notice) on Monday, April 16th (all times are CST) from 9:00 am - 10:30 am and from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm and from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm.

You probably have New Ticket turned off for the end users. I have sent an email to you directly to setup a time to go over all of your questions. There is a setting in Helpdesk , General Settings to suppress the new ticket for end users.



The checkbox was not checked. Checked the box and end users are able to enter regular tickets.
