Fix. Object reference not set .. Error in Client (Manager) when clicking on Groups in the Ticket Explorer

Sometime you may run into this error when you click on Groups in the Ticket Explorer panel.

When you encounter this error, try this:
Do a %appdata% in file explorer on the computer in question:

Then delete under the roaming profile the DSC20 folder

Then go to the the Local profile and delete the Business_Oriented_Softwar folder

C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\DSC20
C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Business_Oriented_Softwar
