How can you require all Task to be closed before closing the Ticket?
I second this request. If the primary ticket is closed with open tasks, the tasks are still in someone’s queue, and to close them, the ticket needs to be re-opened.
In addition to that, it would be awesome to have a field for ‘Open Tasks’ that you could add to a view to easily tell which of your tickets still have open tasks and which ones are complete without having to open each one and check.
We have asked for them to not allow the closing of a ticket with open tasks and or approvals waiting. It has been approved but not implemented at this time.
