Creating a Ticket with BOSS
- Using the New Ticket button
a) Click the New Ticket button on the toolbar
b) Right click on any pre-existing ticket; you have 3 options from here.
c) Right Click on a Subcategory in the ticket explorer and select New Ticket from the menu.
Editing a Ticket
a) Double Click on any ticket to view and edit the ticket
b) Use the Edit Ticket button on the toolbar to view and edit a ticket.
c) Right Click on any ticket and select Edit to view and edit the ticket.
