Hello and good morning, this may be an education issue on my part, but I’m curious to know if there is a way around auto-reply emails creating tickets. We are currently testing the new BOSS system and recently “turned on” the email notifications and such. Our version is 4.0.186. Please assist. Thanks!
I created a rule for our helpdesk distribution list that would auto delete out of office replies. This seems to have fixed the issue.
