Reorganize Help Desk categories

Maybe I’m just not seeing or finding it if this is already built-in, but if we could re-order our help desk categories so that they were in some kind of order on the drop down, that would be helpful. We’ve added several categories as our needs have changed over the past few months that there is no order on the drop-down.

I was just going to reply that ours do show in alpha order, I thought it was just that way. Kris must have fixed ours already. Speaking of order of things, is there any way to change the order of the Views in the drop-down, or do they always show in order they were entered/created?

depends on the drop down. if a custom field is not sorted alphabetically then it will show in order it was entered.
