At the end of the year we like to run a report in our ticketing system to see how many tickets were requested from each department. We have had BOSS since July 2019 so this is the first time running these reports. I cannot find an easy/user friendly way to accomplish this. Nothing on the reports page helps with this. I have exported CSV documents of each Group’s tickets under the ticket tab but that still doesn’t get ALL the tickets. Does anyone do this and have any advice on how to get this report? Seems like it should be a commonly ran report. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Have a great week!
