Is there currently a way to restrict one tech group from seeing another tech group’s private comments on a ticket? I’ve been testing this feature and noticed that if a user has technician rights, they automatically can see private comments on their own tickets, no matter what group they are assigned to. For example, if my maintenance technicians check a ticket they submitted to IT, they can see any private comment IT makes on the maintenance tech’s submitted ticket. Is there a way to restrict this in some way?
I apologize, I should clarify these are the roles assigned to the users. Not groups.
No if they are a tech, then they can see all tech(private) comments. You can hide categories from teams, this would hide the ticket from them.
