Routing - Sending EMail Template to User

Running a Service Catalog form through the Routing process. It seems to work except when it comes to the Action section.

It does not send an email message when I select “Email To” option and type in an EMail address. The EMail template selected is not being sent.

Is this feature working? Is there a means of troubleshooting this feature?

We are running version 4.0.183.0

This bug is in the to do list also.
