Service Catalog and Custom Date Field

Unable to add a custom date field after a Single Line Text field. When I drag the date field to the custom box (blue area), nothing happens. Is there something I need to do to get this to work?

Using latest version of Chrome as my browser. We are currently on version of the application.

It appears when you put the mouse pointer on the date icon and drag it, it does not place the field in the custom box (blue area), however when you put the mouse icon on the text “Date” and drag it, it appears to work.

Please get with support on this so we can see the issue and have it fixed.

How do I get with support? We have no phone number on file for BOSS and your website does not list any number?
