Track average response time and tickets re-opened?

I’m not seeing anywhere in Boss to create a report that tracks average response time and tickets re-opened. Is this something that’s coming in the future (or am I missing something now?)

I’d like to be able to see a report on initial response time and how often the SLA was met. Is this something I can do in custom reports?
