User Portal Enhancements

In the user portal new ticket screen we would like a way to provide information to the user. This could either by a tooltip, a read-only text area, or possibly a targeted knowledgebase article. This would be used for explaining the different ticket types or other information to be displayed at the time a ticket is being entered.

there is a custom control called Paragraph. You can use it to put read-only instructional text and messages
